Everyone wants their own love story, their own love life. “I TOO HAD A LOVE STORY” is a kind of story which tells us about pure love, when two persons meet each other at a matrimonial site. Today’s generation always wants to find their soulmates, their life-partner by their own. But sometimes it is hard or not possible to find persons matching with our mentality, who will understand our feelings, our emotions, who will love us unconditionally, who will always stay with us. So nowadays there is an easy way of it. They just register themselves in matrimonial or dating sites, with their requirements, and seeing that requirements the opposite person pings back. This story shows how Ravin and Khushi met each other at a matrimonial site, how their relationship started, how they fall for each other and what happened with them in future.
This is a real-life story of Ravinder Singh. He wrote this book as a tribute to his love. But what made him to entitled it with ‘HAD’? Has he lost his love? What happened with their love story? We need to travel back few months.
Ravin and his three friends Manpreet, Amardeep and Happy were from the same Engineering College. After 3 years, they met each other in a reunion. They recalled their life at hostel together. They started sharing their experiences about their life after hostel. As they were enjoying a lot the topic of marriage arises, and they start talking about their future. They wanted to marry and settle down, but not wanted to choose their life partner by their parents. So, they suggested to find their partners at matrimonial sites, like Shaadi.com.
After the reunion Ravin returns back to Bhuvneshwar. He was an engineer at INFOSYS. Ravin recalls Happy’s suggestion to sign up at Shaadi.com, and he did just that. At first, he doesn’t get any match, but after a few days he find a girl named Khushi on matrimonial site. She works at CSE Noida. Ravin pings Khushi. Khushi messages Ravin, but he was on his meeting then. After his meeting over he called her immediately. At the first conversation through phone call they both come to know about their likes and dislikes and about their lives. They started to call and message each other daily. Soon they become very good friends and they were curious about each-other’s interest. After a few months they realize that they were falling for each other, although they never met face to face. Khushi returns late from her office, so Ravin waits cutely for her.
After sometimes Ravin is asked to flies to US for an office assignment. He required to board his flight from Delhi, where Khushi live. Ravin decides to go to Delhi a day earlier to meet Khushi for the first time. They both spends beautiful moments with each other and also visits Khushi’s family. The next day Ravin flies to New York for the project, but stays with constant touch with Khushi. When he returns back to India, their parents met at Bhuvneshwar to set the engagement date. Just before the day of their engagement he receives a call from Khushi’s house.
